    Small meals are best. Eating five to six meals sparks the metabolism and keeps it running in “fire” mode. This means you burn more calories and more fat. Burning more fat in turn can help to reduce the fat stored in your chest.

    Step 2

    Building strength to further increase your metabolism and fat burning.

    Look, there are tons of strength training programs out there. I’m not going to go into all of them here. Essentially you want to build muscle. More muscle means means more energy is expended while you are resting.

    That means more calories and fat are burned each and every day.

    Focus on heavy weight, low rep strength training.

    Work on your large muscle groups.

    Stick to 1 to 2 workouts for each muscle group each week.

    Step 3

    Aerobic Exercise. Burn calories. Simple right.

    Oh it also increases your overall health and leads to better stamina. I can think of a few benefits of having better stamina…

    Don’t limit yourself to one or two activities here. There are so many things you can do on a daily basis to get your exercise in.
